Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders soon after they are placed. Review your order carefully before submitting it and contact us immediately if a cancellation or correction is needed.

Cancellation Before Shipment

An order may be cancelled only before it has shipped. Send the request to support@mowvistta.shop as soon as possible and include the order number, full name, and email address used at checkout.

Cancellation Is Not Guaranteed

We will make a reasonable effort to act on a request, but a cancellation or change is not guaranteed after processing has begun. If the order has already been packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, assigned to a carrier, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

Address or Product Changes

Requests to change the delivery address, item, quantity, or payment details are also subject to processing status. For security reasons, some changes may require cancellation and placement of a new order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout when a correction could not be completed in time.

Approved Cancellation Refunds

When a paid order is successfully cancelled, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the credit.

Cancellation by Mowvistta

We may cancel all or part of an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, duplicate orders, or another issue that prevents fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be voided or refunded to the original payment method.
